In 2013, I traveled to Belize with Holistic Journey’s trip led by Rebecca Wood. It was an amazing, unforgettable trip. We got to see Belize, not the typical tourist spots but beautiful off the beaten path Belize. We canoed beautiful rivers, explored caves and had so many great adventures. We met Juan and Abelina owners of IXCACAO (Maya Belizean Chocolate) who took us through their property in the beautiful rainforest near Punta Gorda and cooked us the most amazing meal of chocolate chicken that I have ever eaten.
