One of my takeaways was learning the plant stories and what wealth we have in our own backyards. Being introduced to Flower Essences has opened up whole new world. Nature has more wonders than we realize. Finding the essences that “spoke” to me was an interesting process. Just coming in contact with the bottle produced a warmth in various Chakras. I was made combination formula of essences that I use either under the tongue or on the wrist.
