I would like to Thank you Rebecca, Beth and Lisa for putting on the workshop. I learn best ‘hands on” and really like playing in that great kitchen. One of my takeaways was learning the plant stories and what wealth we have in our own backyards. The de-stressor was just what I needed and a fine way to end the sessions especially with the rain sounds during meditation, how magical.
