Being introduced to Flower Essences has opened up whole new world. Nature has more wonders than we realize. Finding the essences that “spoke” to me was an interesting process. Just coming in contact with the bottle produced a warmth in various Chakras.  I was made combination formula of essences that I use either under the tongue or on the wrist. I would like to Thank you Rebecca, Beth and Lisa for putting on the workshop. I learn best ‘hands on” and really like playing in that great kitchen. One of my takeaways was learning the plant stories and what wealth we have in our own backyards. The de-stressor was just what I needed and a fine way to end the sessions especially with the rain sounds during meditation, how magical.

My last full sunrise at OIB this year, it will not My last full sunrise at OIB this year, it will not be up when I leave for Ohio tomorrow! Grateful for friends, ‘family’, fitness, vistas, places to walk and admire the birds and plants, the sound of the waves and the changing tide and non the least the ability to carry all my crap up and down all those steps !!!! I hope to again spend time here next year!
