Being introduced to Flower Essences has opened up whole new world. Nature has more wonders than we realize. Finding the essences that “spoke” to me was an interesting process. Just coming in contact with the bottle produced a warmth in various Chakras. I was made combination formula of essences that I use either under the tongue or on the wrist. I would like to Thank you Rebecca, Beth and Lisa for putting on the workshop. I learn best ‘hands on” and really like playing in that great kitchen. One of my takeaways was learning the plant stories and what wealth we have in our own backyards. The de-stressor was just what I needed and a fine way to end the sessions especially with the rain sounds during meditation, how magical.

In 2013, I traveled to Belize with Holistic Journey’s trip led by Rebecca Wood. It was an amazing, unforgettable trip. We got to see Belize, not the typical tourist spots but beautiful off the beaten path Belize. We canoed beautiful rivers, explored caves and had so many great adventures.
